Job Description
 Manage large amounts of incoming calls/ perform outbound calls to the leads provided
through different sources.
 Generate/Close sales leads
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
 methods/tools.
 Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
 documents, maintaining DSR and CRM.
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
 Take the extra mile to engage customers
 Make calls to the data of interested candidates looking for becoming Business
Correspondence of AePS Banking Channel.
 Explain benefits and all the aspects of AePS Banking channel.
 To Convert the lead into a Business Correspondence of AePS Banking Channel.
 Getting confirmation of Fee Paid by the lead or prospect.
 To prepare MIS and send the data to Channel Head.

Experience 1 - 7 Years
Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
