* Scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail
* Drafting meeting minutes, preparing reports, and presentations
* Maintaining files, databases, and records in an organized manner
* Maintaining office supplies levels and replenishing them as needed
* Supporting and cross-training other administrative employees
* Providing support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets
* Understanding of Microsoft Office & Google Docs and computer operating systems
* Supporting the Front Office staff
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
